I have extensive experience in the financial arena, as well as a keen sense of the current market conditions. If it isn’t a good time to sell (a buyer’s market), I will tell you. If you must sell when market conditions are not optimal, I have insight into how to get your house sold, at the price you want, in your time frame.
A bit about me:
After graduating from college on the east coast, I thought a cross country road trip to see the United States was in order. Many beautiful miles later, I arrived home in Southern California and proceeded to reconnect with relatives, start my career and plant some roots. Soon thereafter I met my future husband and we started thinking about raising a family. I thought it would be beneficial to have children where the pace is a bit slower in a less populated area; and, soon we felt the pull of the Northwest calling. The green valleys, lush forests, clean air and open spaces of the Willamette Valley sounded perfect, and since 1989 we've called Eugene our home.
I have extensive knowledge with all matters financial and budgetary, having worked in upper management for both the City of Eugene and the City of Springfield. This experience, combined with my education, and Real Estate background, will give you the edge in meeting all of your Real Estate needs, efficiently, easily, and in a friendly atmosphere.
